I like muffins of any kind, salty or sweet, with dough or not. In this recipe, the secret lies in ... the bran gives them a special taste sensation.
- 3 eggs
- 100 g cream cheese Natur Delaco
- 200 g smoked chicken breast
- 1 green onion
- 4 tablespoons bran
- 1 baking powder
- sea salt
- 1 teaspoon homemade pepper paste
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Appetizer muffins:
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Cut the green onion into rounds. Rub the yolks with salt and cream cheese. Add the chicken breast, green onions, bran and pepper paste and mix until smooth. Beat the egg whites and add them to the composition, a little ground pepper, and at the end add the baking powder. Portion the composition into muffin tins so that they are filled only 2/3. Put in the preheated oven for at least 25 minutes. Let them cool in molds, then take them out and place them on the plate.
I served them with cheese.
