Plum pie and cottage cheese

I've been thinking about trying a cow's cheese dough for a long time, I didn't have a recipe, I made it on inspiration and I'm very satisfied.

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 4-5 tablespoons oil
  • 600-700g of cottage cheese from Pilos
  • 5 tablespoons starch
  • flour
  • 1 baking powder with saffron
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • lemon peel
  • 2-3 tablespoons of agave syrup
  • cinnamon
  • 1 kg of plums

I peeled the plums and broke them in 2. The truth is, I didn't weigh them!

Turn on the oven after opening the plums.

I beat the eggs with the salt, then with the oil. Use the pear for this dough! I added milk and cottage cheese, blended, then added the starch and blended again. I put the vanilla sugar, the agave syrup, the lemon peel. Finally I added flour and baking powder to make a dough as soft as a thick cream.

I greased the pan with oil, poured the dough and leveled.

On top I put peeled plums, without seeds.

I don't know how long it lasted until it browned slightly.

After baking, I powdered it with cinnamon.

It's light, good, I like it a lot. It can be eaten warm or cold. Those who want sweeter can add a drizzle of honey to the serving
