Homemade pizza

Sift the flour and make a hole in the middle, in which we put the yeast and sprinkle the sugar; pour warm water and mix a little. Leave it like this for 5-10 minutes, after which we start to knead the dough, until it no longer sticks to the fingers, taking care to incorporate the salt and oil. Let rise for half an hour, in a warm place, away from current.

Cut the salami and muscle into cubes, slice the cabanos, grate the cheese, the cheese, slice the tomatoes, cut the julienne peppers.

Spread the dough sheet in a pan greased with oil. Put tomato sauce over the dough (I cover the sheet well with the sauce, because that's the order: D); I usually put some oregano in the sauce. Sprinkle the salami and muscle cubes over the dough, sprinkle the cheese, the cabanos slices, the tomato slices and the pepper slices. Pour the beaten egg over the pizza (I told you, that's the order), sprinkle with tomato sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes (depending on the oven).

At the end we add basil leaves.
